Conscious production

Zero Seasons is currently made and based in California. We wanted to create a company that would make even the smallest efforts to be sustainable,  start something that is created from already existing resources, materials and have less carbon footprint from the start. We currently source dead stock materials that are sold locally.  We also  use materials that are no longer produced, due to closure off the original factory, or no longer picked up by large companies and run in small batches of bolts. Our accessories and notions on our garments are also locally made. For example YKK suppers were made at the factory in Anaheim, from the color and material choices that were already produced.

We will be slowly transitioning to using only sustainable  and or biodegradable materials and trims in our future collections.  Our first run of Zero Seasons garments was made at a local factory in Southern California and we are planning to keep it this way, which is in return helps with keeping jobs in our cities. Our goal is to keep this formula going and slowly improve upon each production in order to avoid excessive waste and decrease our carbon footprint.

Our packaging is fully recyclable and biodegradable and US made in Chicago,  and Zero Seasons fully warehoused in its own facilities.
