Returns
Online shopping is very satisfying, but it also can be unsustainable if done improperly. We aim to minimize our carbon footprint by adhering strictly to our company’s philosophy in every step of creating and delivering of our products.
Zero Seasons is a company with a goal of creating less waste, thus we have a strict return and exchange policies.
Returns accepted within 7 calendar days.
If you decide to return your item, please make sure you let us know via email and send the garment back to us within that 7 day timeframe. You will receive an RMA number that will allow us to associate your return once it is received.
Please make sure that this number is somehow inscribed on the return package. After 7 days it is no longer returnable.
To be eligible for a return, Zero Seasons garment must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you have received. it has to be absolutely impeccable without odors and stains.
It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags attached.
Only full priced items may be refunded.
Sales items are ineligible for return.

Please include your original order number (sent via email when you first ordered), as well as specifying which item/s you are returning. Once your email request has been submitted, pack your item back in its original box to minimize waste or any other suitable packaging to get it back to us safely.

Unless we are running a specific promotion, you will need to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed to the person who placed the order, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, minus any shipping costs. This might take few days.
Late or missing

The general time frame that returns can take to process is 10 business days. Please contact your bank for updates on late or missing refunds.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are deemed faulty. If you wish to make an exchange (ie. change size/color), simply follow the returns process and then start a fresh order for your new item. If you have any questions or issues at all, we are here for you!
